Schedule of 2007 Men's Basketball Game Watching Events

There are eight nationally televised SU Big East men's basketball games this season....So come out and cheer on our top-rated Orange with your fellow SU alumni at local bars around the Boston area!  We have reserved space at each place listed below. Many thanks to all of you who entered our poll on the website regarding your favorite spots to watch the games.  We planned the events based upon the results.... We even have the UConn, Providence and Georgetown area alumni clubs joining us for some friendly competition! Let's go Orange!!  Here’s the schedule:    Thursday, 1/4/07 @ 7:00pm vs Pittsburgh -----> McFaddens, 148 State Street (at India Street near Faneuil Hall) Saturday, 1/13/07 @ 1:00pm vs Villanova ----> Hurricane O'Reilly's, 150 Canal Street (at Causeway Street near the Garden) Saturday, 1/27/07 @ 7:00pm vs Louisville ----> Ned Devine’s, 250 Quincy Market Building in Faneuil Hall Monday, 2/5/07 @ 7:00pm vs Connecticut ----> McFadden's, 148 State Street (at India Street near Faneuil Hall) ***Board Meeting will begin at 6pm.  All are welcome to attend! ***Boston area UCONN Alumni club members will join us for this game watching event*** Saturday, 2/17/07 @ 3:30pm vs Connecticut ----> The Greatest Bar, 262 Friend Street (at Causeway Street near North Station) ***Boston area UCONN Alumni club members will join us for this game watching event*** Saturday, 2/24/07 @ 12:00noon vs Providence ----> Boston Beer Works, 61 Brookline Ave (opposite Fenway Park) ***Boston area Providence Alumni club members will join us for this game watching event*** Monday, 2/26/07 @ 7:00pm vs Georgetown ----> Rattlesnake, 384 Boylston St, Boston (Arlington T stop on the Green line) ***Boston area Georgetown Alumni club members will join us for this game watching event*** Saturday, 3/3/07 @ 2:00pm vs Villanova ----> Clarke’s at Faneuil Hall, 21 Merchant Row, Boston (cross street is State St) The Big East Tournament and NCAA Tourney games to be announced as they become available.  We will plan to hold them all at one place, so feel free to let us know your favorite!
