National/International Security and Terrorism Lecture at Boston Public Library Print

Please join Syracuse University alumni, parents, and friends from the Boston area November 19 for a lecture and discussion on a topic of critical concern—national and international security and terrorism.

SPECIAL GUEST
Professor William C. Banks, director of Syracuse University’s Institute for National Security and Counterterrorism, is an internationally recognized expert in domestic and international terrorism, emergency powers, emergency preparedness and response, war powers, civil/military relations, and appropriations powers. His lecture, “The Military in America: Superior to the Civil Power,” will cover such critical post-9/11 issues as terrorism, homeland security, and disaster response.
