Join other Syracuse University alumni, friends and family for
Networking and a free Home Buying Seminar, including a "Green" discussion on Tuesday, May 12th, 2009
Discussions will be around the dynamics of home buying in the current real estate market...Don't miss out...Learn how to take advantage of these record low interest rates!
Basic information such as mortgages, home search, the home buying process and "green" issues relating to home ownership will be discussed. The presentation will be geared to the first time home buyer but is open to discussion by all participants.
Event will be at the Green Round Table (GRT) - located at 38 Chauncey St., 7th Floor, Boston, MA(Downtown Crossing), and can be reached by the Orange or Red Lines, or a quick walk from South Station. Check out their website at: www.greenroundtable.org
Doors open at 5:30pm and the presention will begin around 6:30pm.
It will include a tour of the Green Round Table (GRT) - an independent non-profit organization whose mission is to mainstream green building and sustainable design and become obsolete. They work toward this goal by promoting and supporting healthy and environmentally integrated building projects through strategic outreach, education, policy advocacy and technical assistance. GRT envisions a world in which green building is business as usual!
